   2. Review of I-35 Mission Statement and District Priorities

District Priorities

1.  Articulate and support a cohesive, student-centered PK-12 vision for continuous school improvement
2. Engage in effective teaching and relevant learning for the 21st Century
3. Operate with fiscal integrity, efficiency and effectiveness

2. Discuss and/or Approve Agenda  (Action) 
3. Closed session pursuant to Iowa Code Section 21.5(1)(i)- To evaluate the professional competency of an individual whose appointment, hiring, performance, or discharge is being considered when necessary to prevent needless and irreparable injury to that individual’s reputation and that individual requests a closed session and Iowa Code Section 21.5(1)(a)- To review or discuss records which are required or authorized by state or federal law to be kept confidential.
